Grooming is a new additional service that is part of our 5 star rated dog hotel, daycare, and Barkery. We've been in business 12 years and we are looking for our furever person who wants to grow with the brand.

SCHEDULE/HOURS

This is a great fit for someone who can be flexible as we grow our clientele. We currently have a small roster that fills about 3-4 days per week. Any groomer who completes the interview process and appears to be a possible fit with us is offered a 30 day part time probationary trial to see if it's a good fit on both ends. After the 30 days, we do a sit down discussion check in to see what's going well/opportunities for improvement or if it makes sense to part ways or continue together. If continuing on, we slowly start to ramp up grooming schedule and within 6-12 months.

Pay

• W-2 employee paid as 40% commission on every groom. If you meet your additional weekly quotas (reviews, rebookings, upsells, and photos/videos) we pay 50% on every groom.
• You Keep all tips and our clients have disposable income so they tip generously
• 10% commissions on upsold products (brushes, grooming, treats etc)
• Once you hit 30 hrs/week you are eligible for health benefits/health insurance
• Once you hit 40 hrs/week we start a 1 year clock. Upon completion of your first year with us you receive a 2 week paid vacation.

Sit Social is a 5 star rated, woman owned boutique in the Lakeview East neighborhood in the 60657 zip code. We've been in business since 2012 offering daycare, dog hotel, our barkery, and now grooming. We are only considering candidates who live nearby our location in the city at this time.

We've recently added full service grooming to our service offerings as of 2023 and are seeking an experienced and down to earth groomer who would like to join us in growing this arm of the business and looking for a place to call home.

We provide a 5 star grooming service that is 1-1 for clients. Our prices are higher, the stress on the groomer and dogs is lower, and this is an ideal space for any groomer to grow and work in.

We are seeking a special groomer who is adaptable, patient, understanding, and willing to unlearn from the corporate model and adjust to our innovative and unique 1-1 style - which is a high quality and lower stress experience than most other grooming spaces. Our groomer handles all grooming services including basic baths, nail trims, hair cuts, and more. This style is a bit more hybrid with partial check in/checkout duties for the clients and additional administrative needs of the groomer such as requesting reviews, rebooking, and getting before/after or fun videos /photos of every groom.

We offer a flexible schedule to start - and once you reach a consistent 30 hrs/week you are eligible for health benefit options.
