Sisel International is Hiring a Software Project Manager Near Springville, UT
- Creating, testing, and deploying tickets and projects for all departments and markets.
- Creating user accounts for all new employees in all markets.
- Managing existing reports and creating new reports for internal departments (Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal).
- Coordinating with Legal to review and approve any compliance issues.
- Managing any additional tickets for all departments and all countries.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving software issues and managing resolution with developers.
- Participation in corporate events as required.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Oracle experience – 1 year preferred; but not required
- Experience with Exigo software preferred
- Software ticketing and/or software project management experience preferred
- Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and deadline driven
- Strong interpersonal and team skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time and meeting strict deadlines
- High level of proficiency required in all Microsoft Office programs
