The Alliance Relocation Services Coordinator is responsible for facilitating 3rd party services between SIRVA Move Management, Relocation Services, Agents and Vendors.
The Coordinator gathers pertinent customer information, enters and manages order and service data in the system, and resolves conflicts due to service failures.
Additionally, this role researches and sources new independent contractors based on service line or geographic location to partner with Alliance Relocation Services.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

gathers street and email addresses, phone numbers and any other pertinent information.
