How you’ll make an impact:

The Talent Enablement Programs Specialist will manage various programs that align with the hiring & talent development strategy of the Company. You will help manage People & Culture programs, such as early careers/internships, and be a part of the team that is tasked to build out programs such as talent mobility and skills development. In this role, you will leverage your creativity & data mining skills to find the right solutions to support a diverse set of initiatives at the Company. The Talent Enablement team is a part of the People & Culture (P C) organization which is responsible for fostering a sense of belonging & inclusion for all employees. The Specialist, Talent Enablement Programs position will report to the Associate Director of Talent Enablement.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the early careers program to include target school identification and relationship management, conduct college information sessions, office/studio tours, and assist with program events such as organizing logistics for orientations, career workshops, panel discussions, etc.

• Build relationships and partner closely with multiple stakeholders within the P C team and externally, as this is a highly collaborative role.

• Conduct market research and formulate recommendations as we build out various new programs to enhance our offering to our employee base - having a growth mindset and general curiosity will go a long way! 

• Manage ad-hoc requests to support the Talent Enablement team as a whole.

• Familiarize yourself with our policies, practices, and procedures to work within those parameters and help enforce them.

What you’ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in any of the following functions: full cycle or university recruiting, learning & development, HR operations, HR generalist, resource management, internal mobility, or program management.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Thorough understanding of the Internet (including advanced search engines and databases) and social media.

• Ability to handle multiple modes of communication, including email, Slack, and Zoom.

• Working knowledge of AI tools and the curiosity to explore automation for efficiencies. 

• Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $64,400 to $83,950 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
