Sirius Staffing is seeking a Mid-Senior Construction Manager to work on a Contract Construction Project through March 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple contractors in an operating facility to prevent conflicts and inefficiencies.
• Monitor work site to maintain safety compliance.
• Monitor work activities for compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Maintain regular communications and coordination with site personnel and activities.
• Experience in planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by project managers.
• Negotiate independently while providing guidance and training to others on how to help the organization by obtaining consensus between two or more internal or external parties who may have different interests.
• Work independently while providing guidance and training to others on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
• Costing, budgeting, and finance tasks while providing guidance and training to others.
• Guiding and training others on managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time, and quality parameters.
• Analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision-making.
• Travel is required, but highly varied based on project needs.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a technical field required
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, required
• Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in Indiana, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with recognized accredited program (ABET), preferred.
• Industrial construction experience, preferably 10 years.
