Job Title: Cytotechnologist Supervisor

Pay Rate: $32.02/hr. , $40.05/hr ,$48.07/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

• Evaluation and reporting of negative gynecological cases, evaluation, and interpretation of abnormal gynecological, non-gynecological and fine needle aspiration cases.
• Cytotechnologists are responsible for identifying diagnostic material and referring cases to the pathologists appropriately.
• Serve as a member of the Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) team providing on site adequacy evaluation of FNA procedures.
• Provide technical advice and perform cytopreparation and processing as needed.
• Must maintain records of screening slide counts and other activities.
• Maintain Quality Control records where indicated.
• Assist in gathering data relevant to quality assurance activities, continuous improvement activities and/or other special projects.
• We are seeking a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our laboratory team. The Cytotechnologist will be responsible for examining cellular samples to detect abnormalities and diseases, contributing to accurate patient diagnoses.
