Location : Vacaville CA95696
Shift : 10 PM6 AM FriTues
Orientation : 3 weeks
Contract : 28 weeks / 40 guaranty hrs.week
Documentsrequirements :
- CA StateCNA.
- BLSAHA
- CovidCard
- 2 Professional References
Duties / Responsibilities shall includebut are not limited to :
- Assist patient / youth with activities of daily living andprovide nursing care under the direction of a RegisteredNurse;
- Perform and document rounds ofpatient / youth receiving medical and / or psychiatric care and reportchanges in patient / youth condition to the RN;
- Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing;
- Assist other noncustody staff to provide patient / youthcare;
- Job Description Nursing MRN
- Complete all requireddocumentation of patient / youth care provide written or oral reportsand record entries in logbooks;
- Clean maintainand check equipment; and
Check inventory order and checksupplies
