Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC OR Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Fulltime

Role Description:

• Review data usage assessment submitted by business owners to identify potential inaccuracies and work with business owners to resolve any issues, as needed
• Respond to inquiries or requests for assistance raised by business owners as they are completing the data usage assessments
• Consolidate business owner feedback to improve the user experience for data usage assessments
• Confirm accurate application details from the system of record (CMDB) and launch data usage assessments to business owners
• Assist with the development of appropriate job aids and/or work instructions to facilitate the completion of data usage assessments
• Close completed data usage assessments so that the HVIA scores and ratings can be calculated based on the assessment details.
• Analysts with strong communication skills as these roles will be interacting extensively with our business owners of applications.
• Experience in Data Privacy Protection/Impact Assessment (PIA/DPIA) is a Mandatory
