Job Specific needs &Responsibilities :
Recent working experiencein Assembler.
Knowledge in Assembler CICSCOBOLDB2 MQ and Mainframe infrastructure is required and Knowledgeon emerging technologies is plus.
Intertestexperience is a huge plus. Expert in multiple languages and tools.
Ability to work in a challenging environment. Possessesstrong knowledge of application development technologies toolsmethodologies as well as all functional areas in ITorganization.
Should be able to supportproduction and should be aviable to support oncall as needed.
Enhances staff accomplishments andcompetence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technicaland procedural questions for less experienced team members;
teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
Candidate Requirements :
Expertin multiple languages and tools. Some knowledge in emergingtechnologies. Possesses strong knowledge of application developmenttechnologies tools and methodologies.
Goodunderstanding of how technology relates to business market andindustry and applies such knowledge to support the needs of thebusiness.
Strong understanding of complexinternal business processes or functions.
Works on moderate to complex projects and issues within functionalarea.
Works more independently with ITfunctional units and business units. Recommends strategies forimproving system applications.
Coaches andleads less experienced IT staff and business managers.
Preferred Qualifications :
8Years of related IT experience.
