- Bilingual in Spanish required
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred
- Assist doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners
- Record vital signs, operate EKG machine
- Conduct point of care testing
- Prepare patients for examinations
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments
- Verify patient identity, collect payments
- Maintain records, offer clerical support
- Work with healthcare team for patient care
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide interpretation support
- Knowledge of immigration documentation may be required
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification necessary
- Clear communication for diverse patients
- Computer literacy required
- Familiarity with Physician Computer Network a plus
- Reliable transportation and valid RI driver's license required for float positions

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
