Sino Eagle Group (Aquila Power Catamarans) is looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our dynamic and expanding team. With more than 40 years of manufacturing experience and the collaboration of multiple award-winning firms and designers, Aquila Power Catamarans is the world leader in producing high-quality, innovative, and exceptionally performing power catamarans.

The ideal candidate has extensive in-depth digital marketing passion, experience and enjoys working on “the big picture.” This role will cover multiple aspects of marketing, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable in a hands-on role that pivots from web to email to social to data (and back again). More specifically, this dynamic role will directly impact campaign planning and execution, digital design and advertising, content marketing, social media, and marketing operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and executes multiple integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for different audience segments, product launches and key events, designed to stimulate interest in Aquila products, enhance our brand, and generate quality leads for our global network of dealers.
• Works “under the hood” of Hubspot to maintain, optimize, and update our website with fresh content and evolving SEO and UX recommendations. Understands the underlying marketing data structure so that web leads are routed to the appropriate destination and data hygiene is optimized.
• Builds and maintains any necessary email programs and/or journeys to keep potential customers, owners and dealers engaged with Aquila product information and news. Leverages data segmentation to target these audiences appropriately and in compliance with appropriate regulations.
• Monitors social channels. Creates and posts fresh, engaging content across multiple platforms (social, blog, etc.).
• Analyzes customer insights, consumer trends, market analyses, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies both in the U.S. and overseas. Designs and develops sales enablement tools accordingly.
• Adheres to marketing budget and brand standards. Measures and reports on performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitors competitors and considers innovative ideas to differentiate our brand. Stays up-to-date with marketing technology developments and professional best-practices.
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned.

Job Skills & Qualifications

• BA in marketing, digital marketing, and/or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in marketing.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• No boating experience is required.
• Previous international experience is a plus.
• B2C and Channel marketing experience is a plus.
• Web design and development experience is essential. Hubspot experience strongly preferred but will consider experience with other similar platforms.
• A critical eye for compelling marketing copy and design.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Travel <10%

The salary offered for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience, with our target range falling between 100,000 and 150,000
