Sinnissippi Center is Growing! We have expanded our services in many areas and are seeking some new Clinicians to join our team! Are you a self-motivated therapist looking for a full-time job where you can make a difference in someone’s life?


We are currently offering a Sign-On Bonus for Licensed Clinicians!

We have full-time Behavioral Health Therapist openings at Sinnissippi Centers, Inc., a progressive behavioral health organization. This position works with all ages, including our youngest clients and families, in completing clinical assessments, treatment planning, and group and individual services. The Behavioral Health Therapist will also provide individualized and group psychotherapy services to address a wide array of issues, including mental health, substance use, and trauma. Must be able to complete and maintain service documentation according to agency and regulatory standards. Uses clinical judgment to diagnose, treat clients and make decisions within the range of program services, especially those requiring behavioral health and trauma treatment

We are currently offering a Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 for licensed clinicians! This applies to LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, and bilingual degreed clinician candidates. This Bilingual ability relates to Spanish, and the candidate must be willing to use their bilingual ability to counsel clients. Hired individuals will receive $2500 in their first paycheck as an active employees, and the remaining $2500 on their paycheck as an active employee following their first six months of employment with Sinnissippi Centers.

Master’s degrees and licensure (LCPC/LCSW) are preferred. Experience with behavioral health with all ages is beneficial. Training in trauma-informed interventions will be a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $57,227 DOE annual salary - for licensed clinicians. Bachelor's level begins at $49,763 DOE annual salary.

Requirements
