Position Summary
This position is located on-site in Torrance, CA.
- Manages Singer clientele throughout their journey from initial order to delivery
- Engages with clients regularly, sharing updates and all decision-based deadlines
- Provides high-quality, technical and/or nontechnical education and training to clients and other contacts on topics such as: brand history/values, customer experience, current/future technology, performance, application, and overall benefits
- Utilizes structures and templates for all client interaction to successfully measure KPIs for all client engagement programs and initiatives
- Supports strategic decision making based on customer insights
- Works in a cross-functional team environment as a strong team player and demonstrate ability to work with other functional groups to achieve company-wide goals
- Elevates the Singer Vehicle Design brand and ensure every point of contact is an excellent experience
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Five (5) plus years of experience within luxury automotive industry or equivalent brand industry
- Five (5) plus years of specific experience in a client management or customer facing role
- Prior experience in a rapidly growing business environment
- Detailed knowledge of Singer Vehicle Design’s history, heritage, and services
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams), as well as various digital illustration, editing, and design-based programs and tools
- Maintains a neat, professional appearance
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Effective written and verbal communications skills; ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen to others
- Team oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management with an ability to balance multiple projects and timelines
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaborative skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently and effectively within and across departments
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physical Demands/Work Environment
- Must be able to travel for business, including occasional travel by commercial airplane
- Must be able to use fingers, hands, and arms at computer keyboard for long periods of time
- Must have ability to speak clearly and distinctly and hear and be heard and understood in person and by telephone
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE in the production environment
The starting salary range for this position is between $85,120 - 106,400 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
