Schwab Rehabilitation is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and energetic Full time OP Physical Therapist at Pilsen to join our highly trained and respected therapy team. We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians with prior outpatient experience, either professional or through strong clinical affiliations.
Schwab OP Physical Therapy at Pilsen offers 1 on 1 treatment/care in a unique therapeutic environment featuring a gym and multiple private treatment rooms. The clinic is within the Sinai Physician Clinic practice and therapists work in close relationships with MDs, specialists and other health care professionals. PTs comprise of bilingual therapists and board-certified specialists. Our rehabilitation team takes a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to address the physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs of each patient.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school or equivalent.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the state of Illinois or eligible for licensure as stated by state guidelines.
