The Position:
The Coordinator will support logistics and content development for learning and talent development events and programs. We are looking for a detail-oriented independent problem solver looking to advance their career in a learning-focused organization.

Responsibilities
The Coordinator emphasizes customer service, logistics coordination, and content administration.
  • Work closely with the learning and development team on logistical, administrative, and technical support for learning initiatives and programs.
  • Provide logistical support to learning and development initiatives, including material development, communications, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional team members to create material and assist during training sessions.
  • Manage vendor operations such as requests for information, scheduling of workshops, program communication, and participant coordination.
  • Coordinate reoccurring employee engagement and cultural activities.
  • Work on various technologies, including administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), survey tools, and other tools as needed.
  • Continually work to find process improvements to maximize the learning and development team's efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience or internships with applicable experiences in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and employee-focused environment
  • Experience with administrative, event planning, and/or customer service-related tasks
  • Strong interest in driving the behind-the-scenes components of a learning and development program, i.e., scheduling, reporting, data input, and analysis
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, especially
  • Familiarity with audio, video, and interactive/web development.
  • Familiarity with visual storytelling and graphic design.
  • Bachelor's degree
