Outside Sales Representative
SIMPLY PAK LLC is a family-owned and operated business that has been in business for over 50 years. We are currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, FL.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is organized and has the ability to work independently or with a team. The position requires a candidate that is comfortable working with customers on the phone, in person, and through online quotes. Candidates must have the ability to learn new products and processes quickly. The position requires a strong desire to work with others, be flexible, and be able to adapt to changes in the company and product line.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in Miami, FL without sponsorship.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have the ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work independently or with a team as needed.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Strong sales experience & experience with outdoor equipment & outdoor tools preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Call customers on behalf of the company during scheduled times.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives based on market research findings, product features, or other factors that affect sales trends.
- Follow up on accounts that did not complete an order or were not satisfied with an order, while maintaining a positive attitude towards customers throughout the sales process.
Compensation: Base Salary Commission
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
