Simply Dental Management is Hiring an Orthodontic Dental Assistant Near Randolph, MA

Simply Orthodontics & Pediatrics is looking for a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our fantastic team in our Randolph, MA. We are looking for an individual who is confident, highly personable, responsible and willing to learn and grow with our company. We want individuals who will be interested in being a valuable asset to our caring and rewarding team.

WANT A CAREER IN DENTAL FIELD? WE CAN HELP TRAIN TO BECOME A PROFESSIONAL ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT!

Duties & Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver quality care to each and every patient
  • Educate patients about oral hygiene and provide postoperative instructions
  • Prepare patients for exam and treatment
  • Prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures
  • Effectively direct patient flow through clear communication and team work
  • Sterilize and disinfect all used equipment and instruments
  • Document all procedures performed in treatment chart
  • Must comply with all standards and protocols of OSHA & HIPPA
  • Provide assistance to Doctor during procedures including preparation and documentation
  • Ability to change and remove wires, brackets, and adhesive, full digital impressions and workflow, prepare teeth for bonding
  • Work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal and organizational skills establishing positive relationships with our team and patients
  • Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach
  • Maintain a caring and friendly environment that reinforces our company's core values

Qualifications:

  • Be a team player that is professional, honest and follows through
  • Computer proficiency
  • MA Dental Assistant License
