simplehuman is seeking an Information Technology Coordinator to join its IT team. This is an entry level IT role that will work closely with the Dir of IT to provide helpdesk support and coordinate all projects that involve our business systems and technology. This is an ideal role for someone who would like to start their IT career and experience a wide variety of systems and technology projects, including implementation and trouble-shooting.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT projects with resource allocation, consistent follow-up to hit milestones and completion goals.
• Provide general IT help desk support for employees and contractors.
• Maintain Server/VMServer/VM.

This role requires strong communication skills and project management experience. This is a full-time position based in our Torrance, CA office.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience
