We're looking for a Product Analyst to help shape the future of sports gaming. You will drive development of our platform product that supports our real-money-betting and free-to-play applications (we’ve worked with customers like Fanduel, Draftkings, Betr, NBA, MLB and YES Network). As we expand our suite of features and applications, you will also manage design and development of new live betting experiences with media and sportsbook partners. This is an exciting opportunity to establish innovation around the way fans engage with their favorite sports, teams, and leagues across the globe.

We'll trust you to:

• Help lead the discovery, development, and launch of new features.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance our products.
• Generate and maintain a product backlog with detailed scope, deliverables and buy-in from stakeholders. 
• Drive product development with a team of talented engineers and designers. 
• Work closely with user research to conduct usability studies to better inform game design. 
• Lead quality assurance and user testing. 
• Ensure customers are satisfied with product performance and product roadmaps.

• 1-2 years of experience. This can be your first product role but you should have experience building, designing or operating a product in some capacity. 
• Experience with data analysis, and an ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of statistics and hypothesis testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for creating fun, engaging and delightful user experiences. 
• Self-motivated, analytical and organized.
• Self-starter and strategic thinking skills to excel at creatively solving problems.
• Willing to teach and learn from colleagues in a humble and open manner.
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, creative environment. 
• Sweat the small stuff. Can talk for hours about things like onboarding and notifications (have strong but flexible product principles).

• Love of sports and gaming.
• Proficiency in software like Figma, Github and Miro.
