• Ensure all staff members follow branch procedures, policies, and protocols
• Market and promote our company with business partners and referral networks such as realtors, with strong attention to reputation management
• Oversee loan quality and ensure they meet company policies, as well as state, regional, and federal guidelines
• Recruit, hire, and train all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers/ MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, loan officer assistants, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded team
• Ensure sales goals are achieved by leading, training, and motivating employees

• Undergraduate degree (bachelor’s) in banking, finance, business administration, or economics preferred -equivalent experience accepted
• Up to date industry knowledge and advanced computer skills
• 3-5 years of experience in the banking or mortgage industry with 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role in customer service, human resources, operations, business development, or sales management
• Confident in all phases of the mortgage loan origination process with a firm grasp on products and regulations such as FHA, USDA, VA, and conventional residential mortgage loans
• Must have strong judgment and decision making skills and excellent communication skills
