Retail Assistant Manager

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store
- Oversee and supervise a team of retail associates
- Train and develop new employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service
- Manage payroll and scheduling for the store staff
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the store manager to create sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the overall customer experience
