We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Sales Executive to join our client, a Commercial Roofing Contractor in the greater Charlotte, NC area. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet revenue goals. You will be the face of the company, representing our client's Commercial Roofing services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and grow relationships with current and potential customers through cold calling, emails, networking, etc.
• Generate leads through research and market analysis
• Develop proposals and contracts for commercial roofing jobs
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients
• Track sales performance in CRM system
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide timely follow up on all customer inquiries
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Attend trade shows or conferences as necessary
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Sales background in the Commercial Roofing industry
• Consultative/Solution-based selling approach
• Ability to bring in new clients, not just farming existing accounts
• Self-driven and motivated
• Must have reliable transportation & drivers license
