General Summary of Job Duties: As a Mi Casa Food Server at Silverton Casino, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at our on-site restaurant. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and company standards. Anticipate Guest’s needs and problem solving with great judgment skills. Taking care of all Guest’s requests, inclusive of all non-routine tasks, as directed, with Teamwork for all co-workers.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

• Must have great guest relation presence.
• Maintain a Positive attitude with a smile.
• Must have experience in a fast pace high volume restaurant.
• Have knowledge of steps of service
• Have knowledge of Beverage alcoholic drinks
• Ability to learn and adapt to environment.

• Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Service Standards.
• Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
• Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.

Qualifications

Skills, Education & Other Requirements:

• Must be at a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior experience as a food server or in customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette and safety standards
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
