We are currently seeking a Sr People Systems Analyst! The Senior People Systems Analyst manages and optimizes the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR functions and goals. This role will work closely with various stakeholders both in and outside HR, requiring high-level analytical, technical, and communication skills, plus an expertise in HR.

Travel: 5-10%

The non-negotiables:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a senior or lead role
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS software and HR technology trends
  • Certification in HRIS systems or project management is a plus
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and data privacy regulations
  • Experience in process improvement and system implementation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and practices
  • Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM, UKG Pro and reporting in within each platform
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insight
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with integrity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to assess and analyze current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain HRIS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide support and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system's capabilities
  • Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide accurate and timely HR data for management decision-making
  • Collaborate with IT department and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend enhancements or new tools that align with the organization's needs
  • Participate in system upgrades or implementations, including testing, documentation, and training
  • Lead or contribute to HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, process improvements, and data migration
  • Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols
