1) Experience working within cyber resiliency groups/organizations and supporting resiliency or business continuity type projects, BCP - Business Continuity Planning. Experience using templates and documenting all critical data and databases for a company to back them up in the case of a cyber event/attack. Using templates that follow NIST specifically.
2) Experience as a project manager, driving delivery of projects, running meetings, scheduling meetings, and stand-ups.
Job Description
- We are looking for an Information Security Analyst to join the Cyber Security group. This group is focused on maturity for cyber resiliency, engaging the applications to get them to start thinking about cyber events, documenting those plans and schedule those exercises, do mock events as the Team has grown from 4 to a team of 15 in four months, lot of growth in this space right now.
- Strong experience in Business Continuity Planning processes and background in Cyber Resiliency activities. Excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple parallel deliverables to completion within deadlines, and experience with communicating progress to senior leadership.
- Engage the applications and planning some clean re-build or bare metal restore events. An application gets affected by a bad actor and recovery environment/back up environment is impacted - so would be to rebuild the application from scratch with the critical applications first.
- Clean rebuilds documented in their center for their critical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to assigned applications and engaging them through an intake process, scheduling a quick onboarding call and doing a soft transition to get them started and creating these documents.
- Creating the initial templates for the application, explaining the work, delivering on time.
- Scheduling meetings with applications to discuss tasks.
- Use Cut Over as the system of record for templates, also use Microsoft Teams, Jira, SharePoint as well in the day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Successful candidates should have strong experience in Business Continuity Planning processes and background in Cyber Resiliency activities.
Resources will need to obtain buy-in from application teams to engage and prioritize work and should have a very strong technical knowledge with respect to tech stack/application architecture.
