The Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager at Silverstream willlead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units. Your central goal will be to develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care.You will perform a range of duties including; maintaining department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.

Requirements:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) PA license
  • Positive and upbeat attitude
  • In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
