Silver Star Construction is Hiring an Equipment Operator (FT) Near Ada, OK

Silver Star Construction Company Inc. is looking to hire Skilled Dirt Equipment Operators w/ CDL A license for Ada, OK plant. Local road & highway construction company has an opening for a skilled Dirt Operator - CDL A w/ tankers for a crew truck is a plus!
Requirements: 
  • Skilled heavy equipment operators with verifiable experience running either some or all of the following equipment: Grader, Dozer, Scraper, Track hoe, Mixer, and Front-end Loader.
  • CDL A w/ tankers endorsement is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen/physical.
 Expected Hours of Work & Working Environment: 
  • This is a full-time position. This position frequently requires long hours and weekend work. All days start no later than 7:00 a.m. unless otherwise directed by the Foreman. Must report to jobsite by required time per Foreman.
  • Some night work could be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to all outside weather conditions including wet and/or humid conditions, very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) temperatures. Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, dust, and asphalt, near moving mechanical parts and vibration. Requires working in extremely bright or inadequate lighting conditions. Includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are possibly loud and distracting or uncomfortable.
  • Requires wearing required protective safety equipment.
