Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and mechanically inclined equipment operator to manage and maintain our advanced pre-roll production machinery. The ideal candidate will be experienced with pneumatic systems and adept at using small tools and working within tight spaces. This role requires a high degree of independence and precision, with responsibilities that include operating technical equipment, packaging, and labeling our products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain highly technical pneumatic equipment for pre-roll production.
• Perform detailed tasks involving small tools in confined spaces.
• Oversee the packaging and labeling of final products.
• Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently on projects, ensuring high levels of accuracy and punctuality.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with air tools is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work on small, detail oriented projects, such as carpentry, RC cars, or vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to follow complex instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in the cannabis industry is not required.
