Silver Salons & Spas is growing and currently looking to expand our team of Massage Therapist. Our beautiful, upscale retirement community has all the benefits of a commercial salon as well as being able to provide services to our members. Must be able to pass a level 2 background check. Responsibilities:
- Perform massage therapy techniques to treat clients' specific needs and preferences
- Assess clients' medical history and conditions to determine the most appropriate massage techniques
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to massage therapy

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficient in performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
- Ability to assess clients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
- Skilled in pain management techniques and providing relief for various musculoskeletal issues
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Knowledge of occupational health practices to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
