This is a Seasonal position with full-time hours.

This position begins 05/25/2024 and ends 09/2/2024.

Possibility of working at Silver Dollar City or the Showboat Branson Belle when White Water's operating season concludes.

Summary: Assist in supervising the performance of all aspects of customer service including; friendly interaction, fulfilling shop/stand needs for cleanliness and attention to detail, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining food quality and safety, preparing food, serving food, handling cash transactions, and meeting or exceeding financial goals for the area.

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Greet guests and take guests’ product orders.
• Make customers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Prepare and cook food products; Operate ovens & grills.
• Handle cash, make change, and operate Point of Sale (POS) registers.
• Maintain a safe food environment and follow safety procedures.
• Engage in suggestive selling.
• Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
• Implement shop cleaning and closing procedures.
• Maintain positive and helpful relationships with teammates, across divisional lines, and with management.
• Complete all job responsibilities independently (self-supervising).
• Assist in supervising guest interactions to maintain assigned friendliness levels.
• Monitor, audit, and coach employees.
• Perform all ATD duties including maintaining a clean work area.
• Balance registers.
• Orientate, coach, and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal guidelines while maintaining a positive work climate.
• Make financial decisions as assigned to include ordering/inventory and all aspects of sales.
• Maintain high levels of energy and enthusiasm.

Required Skills

• Basic math skills including making change and counting change back to guests.
• Able to complete an in-house ServSafe food training class.
• Able to communicate efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 20 pounds frequently to 60 pounds maximum
• The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
• The ability to work in extreme weather frequently
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• The ability to remember locations, understand, and carry out instructions continuously
• The ability to work at a rapid speed continuously

Required Experience

• High volume, fast-paced food experience preferred.
