This is a Seasonal position with opportunities for full-time and part-time hours.

Possibility of working at Silver Dollar City or the Showboat Branson Belle when White Water's operating season concludes.

Summary: Aloha! We are looking for friendly candidates who would be comfortable running a computerized cash register, counting back change, and preparing the most unique food a water park can offer all while Creating Memories Worth Repeating® with our guests! Even if you have no previous experience working with food, we look forward to meeting you!

Must be at least 16 years of age.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

• Fill customer orders and complete sales transactions.
• Operate cash register and handle money.
• Select requested food items from serving or storage areas and assemble items on a serving tray.
• Notify kitchen personnel of shortages or special orders and/or prepare special orders.
• Serve cold drinks, frozen milk drinks, or desserts. Make and serve hot/cold/frozen beverages.
• Place beverages and food items on a serving tray or in a takeout container.
• Cook and/or prepare selected food items or perform other minor duties to prepare food, serve customers or maintain orderly eating or serving areas.
• Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards.
• Contribute to building a positive team spirit
• Commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals
• Maintain regular attendance and be punctual
• Treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position
• Observe safety and security procedures.
• Report potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• Able to communicate efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to lift 20 pounds frequently to 60 pounds maximum
• The ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete continuously
• The ability to work in extreme weather frequently
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• The ability to remember locations, understand and carry out instructions continuously
• The ability to work at a rapid speed frequently

Required Experience

• Cash handling experience is preferred
