Silver Cross Hospital is Hiring a Patient service representative Near La Grange, GA

Summary :

Greets, instructs, directs, schedules, registers, and performs check-in duties for patients. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff.

Establish and maintain a positive attitude with patients, visitors, and fellow employees by helping each other in areas when needed.

Demonstrates knowledge of the age-specific competencies and the skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age and demographic served.

Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with patients, employees, medical office staff, visitors, and the public

Requirements :

Prefer 3 years work experience, preferably in medical office setting or hospital.

Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.

Microsoft Office experience such as Outlook, Word, Excel; preferably experience on an electronic medical record.
