WhatYou'll Do
The reporting analyst will provide expertise in acquiring, managing,manipulating, and analyzing clinical and financial data to understand, makeconclusions, and report results to various organizational departments. Thisposition also requires maintaining communication and collaboration with ourthird-party IT company.

• Administratecurrent Power BI environment.
• Designand build a cloud-based analytics database and evaluate other appropriate datasources or entry methodologies as needed.
• Assiststaff in accessing and utilizing standard dashboards and reports.
• Researchand support process improvement and QI initiatives.
• Identifydata quality and other data issues and recommend resolving them.
• Developgraphs, reports, and presentations of project results.
• Adviseclinic and Operations staff on the impact of procedure changes on analytics.
• Generateand manage routine reports throughout the organization.
• Pointof contact between Siloam Health and our IT company to address communicationand collaboration during significant IT issues.
• Supportin maintaining internal inventory of all equipment.
• Performother ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Who We AreLooking For
Education andExperience

• 2-3 years of advanced Excel experience(Power Query, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• 1-2 years of data visualizationexperience (Power BI preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Athenahealth oranother EMR a plus.
• Experience in the grants-fundedenvironment a plus.
• 1-2 years of essential SQL a plus

• Demonstrated ability to manage timeand prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
• Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excelto create pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
