What you’ll do :

Maintain fork truck safety audits and direct warehouse safety activities.

Identify work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow.

Set up inbound and outbound loads and confer with Plant Planner and inside sales to ensure inbound and outbound loads are handled correctly and efficiently.

Work with managers inside and outside the plant to ensure coordination of warehouse activities, production, inventory management, and quality assurance.

Ensure receiving reports accurately report material received.

Monitor the unloading of all materials into the receiving department.

Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.

Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports.

Maintain high standards of quality with respect to raw materials and finished product.

We need you to have :

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, orrelated field preferred.

3-5 years experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.

Two years supervisory experience.
