General Responsibilities:
Assistance with (but not limited to) the below tasks:
- Bid soliciting
- Data entry
- BuilderTrend set-up & implementation
- Subcontractor & supplier support
- PO entry
- Product estimation and take-off’s
- Warranty support as needed
- Documenting & organizing unit costs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Eagerness to learn & grow
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work with all types of people
- Microsoft office, including Excel
- Multi-line phone system
- Scheduling & prioritizing
- Highly organized
- Strong mathematic skills (arithmetic & geometry)
Bonus Skills & Experience:
- BuilderTrend knowledge, use, and understanding
- Ability to write formulas in excel
- Experience in the Residential Construction industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $54,733.00 - $59,845.00 per year
