Sigora Solar is Hiring a Lead Generation Specialist Near Virginia, VA

We are looking for an energetic, upbeat, and professional Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. This important contributor will play a critical role in the interaction between Sigora Home and its current and prospective customers. A customer-first mindset is a must-have. Success is measured through several different metrics that capture customer satisfaction, product knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to be quick and navigate change. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hardworking, team-oriented, and an excellent oral and written communicator.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers promptly through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
  • Knowledge of our products and ability to help schedule a solar consultation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Must be proficient with a computer, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, and One Drive.
  • experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecommunications is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • The ability to sit at a workstation for a long duration of time.
  • Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, building rapport, adaptability to different personality types, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Enthusiastic and personable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated and the ability to function independently.
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.

Technical and Office Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed internet 
  • Must have a quiet workspace free from noise and distractions

This is a full time, remote position. Applicant MUST be located in Virginia.
