Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to marketing events nationwide, representing the company and actively participating in networking opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Efficiently organize and maintain a comprehensive database of gathered information, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients during marketing events, fostering a positive and lasting impression of the company.
• Conduct sales follow-ups on existing clients and proposals to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Proactively engage in cold calling to generate and qualify new leads, contributing to expanding our client base.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Tech-savvy with a quick grasp of new technologies and marketing tools.
• Proven experience in marketing and customer relations.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is highly advantageous.
• People-charming and pleasing personality, capable of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Can-do attitude with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
• Persistence in communication, both on the phone and through email, as well as in-person events.
• Outgoing and confident, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
