As a Demand Planner, you will help optimize our company's supply chain operations, with a focus on manufacturing capacity planning. 

A successful candidate must be able to, but not limited to:

• Manage the flow of materials, ensure on-time production, and coordinate with various departments to achieve operational efficiency and meet customer demands.

• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain an effective production schedule that aligns with capacity constraints, and material availability.

• Regularly review and adjust the schedule as needed to meet changing demands and priorities.

• Sl&OP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning) - Collaborate with key team members and leadership to accurately forecast production demands and plan accordingly. 

• Create and manage KPl's (Key Performance Indicators).

• Present key metrics to leadership in a visual format.

• Help create master manufacturing routing and bill of materials within the ERP systems.

• Understand MRP activities and flow in detail.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Ability to manage KPIs through routine, diligent SOPs.

• Experience with (ERP) and (MRP) Systems and production scheduling software and ability to automate data collection and reporting.

• Ability to present information at high levels for leadership to make decisions on capacity constraints, capital options and prioritization.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.

• 2 – 4 years relevant work experience.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Able to communicate complex data effectively across various organizational levels.

• Proficient with MS-Office application suite; advanced / expert skill level with MS-Excel.
