Description: Signature Respicare, a long-term acute care adult family home in Vancouver is seeking a full-time/part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in providing care for our ventilator-dependent patients. Essential Functions - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

· Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility

· Gives direct patient care according to the individual patient needs as directed by the patient care plan.

· Provides appropriate information to assist the Nurse in the preparation and maintenance of an effective patient care plan.

· Notifies the Nurse of significant findings or changes in the patient’s physical or mental conditions.

· Charts progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the resident’s/patient’s response to that care.

· Administers prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.

· Provides respiratory care to include oxygen and medication delivery.

· Calibrates, cleans, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots all patient related equipment and instruments. Assembles and stores cleaned equipment.

· Must be able to lift 50lbs.

· Caregiver performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· Nursing assistant license in WA State

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
