Immediate need for CDL Class B Vacuum Truck Driver in Chattanooga, TN

Pay: $19/HR

$100 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 30 DAYS

FULL TIME

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL OVERNIGHT AND OUT OF STATE

ACCOMODATIONS AND PER DIEM PROVIDED FOR OVERNIGHT TRAVEL FOR EMPLOYEES

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Vacuum truck work (CDL required) including driving and cleaning (Liquid/Solid).
• Delivering to and picking up from job sites.
• Performs pre/post trip inspections on equipment before each shift.
• Completes required forms including vehicle maintenance check list, and DOT forms.
• Maintains and submits accurate DOT driving logs.
• Ensures support equipment, Pick Up Trucks are cleaned and ready for next day.
• Monitors equipment during operation maintaining a safe, efficient, and effective operation of the equipment, noting on proper forms when repairs are needed.
• Demonstrates proper safety practices.
• Makes sure all equipment is cleaned, is orderly, and refueled at the end of every shift or at the end of every job.

Requirements:

• All employees must have a Class B (or better) CDL.
• Must be able to drive a 10 speed stick shift.
• Must have Air-Brake endorsement
• Must have DOT Medical Card
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to perform basic math.
• Minimum 3 years' driving experience.
• Supervisory responsibilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• On-the-job training offered.
• Prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time.
• All employees must have a minimum of one year of operating experience.
• OSHA 10 desired but not required.

All employees must have proper PPE hard hat, work boots, safety vest, safety glasses and work gloves.
