Immediate need for an Assistant Site Manager in Elmore, AL

LONG TERM PROJECT

*OSHA 30 REQUIRED*

Pay: $35.00 HR

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily work schedules
• Oversee the building of forms, tying rebar and pouring concrete
• QA and QC
• Assign and explain tasks to the project team
• Coordinating timeline for projects
• Supervising the team's field carpenters and skilled/unskilled workers
• Time keeping
• Task management

Requirements:

• OSHA 30
• Must have at least 5 years' commercial construction experience
• Must have at least 3-5 years' experience in a leadership position
• Excellent leadership skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have valid driver's license

Employees must have proper PPE: hard hat, work boots, work gloves, safety glasses, and safety vest.
