Pay rate : $24.00 - $25.92 Hourly

Description :

Coordinates documents and gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader / group.

Performs activities under a moderate degree of supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Ariba Orders
• Badge Management (Activate / Deactivate)
• Gathers, compiles and verifies information and enters it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms;

and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.

• Support with data collection, data entry and report generation on various departmental related activities.
• Support Warehouse projects with data analysis and problem solving.
• Support Supply Chain functions including Warehousing, Materials, production, inventory, logistics, demand management and order fulfillment.
• Support Warehouse and Logistics Operations optimization through operations Functional Excellence, Lean Warehousing and Lean Principles (VSM, VSD, Kaizen, etc.)
• Participate / support six sigma and supply chain improvement projects.
