Signature Companies is a design-build construction firm and general contractor which has specialized for 20 years in multi-family apartments, retail centers, offices, as well as single family homes. Will work closely with other job supervisors, sub-contractors and owner/owners rep.

Daily tasks to include but not limited to: 

• Coordinate and supervise all onsite project construction
• Regularly interact with and maintain good working relationship with owner, project manager, subcontractors, material suppliers, and other employees
• Ability to supervise and direct all subcontractors and material suppliers to achieve project completion on schedule, within budget, per plans and specifications
• Maintain a safe work site, encouraging safe work practices
• Regularly report to Project Manager with updates 
• Monitor and ensure project quality
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
• Complete punch list identification and completion

Construction background preferred, but all experience will be considered.
