• Comprehensive Work Order Management: Read and thoroughly understand the complete work order folder, ensuring clarity on project requirements and specifications.
• Artwork Application: Apply custom artwork graphics to jobs, particularly working with vinyl material to ensure precise and high-quality application.
• Database Entry: Enter load report information accurately into the Sign Fab database, ensuring seamless tracking and organization of project data.
• CNC File Preparation: Utilize specialized computer software to prepare files for CNC machines, optimizing layouts for the most efficient use of metal and ensuring high-quality production.
• Router and CNC Machine Programming: Program routers and CNC machines for cutting and bending signs, maintaining a focus on precision and adherence to project specifications.
• Production Reporting: Record completed jobs on the production report, maintaining accurate documentation of project status and completion.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma/GED Education of the field of graphic preferred.
• Working knowledge of graphics software.

• Must be able to read, reproduce, and interpret drawings and specifications.
• This position requires that the person be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can work as part of a team and individually.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.
• Must be computer literate, particularly in graphic design software.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimal physical exertion required
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

• Exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noises.

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by Graphic Supervisor, Production Manager, and/or Senior Management.
