Sign Center is growing! We are looking for a team leader to join our service tech crew. The service tech will be working on signage installation, removals, repairs and surveys of many different types of signs. Digital, LED, HDU, Channel and Stud Mounted Letter signs etc. Service Techs also help with manufacturing signs and awnings. Our team leaders manage other techs, communicate with customers/other contractors, manage a project on site and are responsible for maintaining tools and equipment.

We are looking for applicants that have led a team before. Applicant should take direction well, follow instructions, use a measuring tape. MUST show up for scheduled shift on time ready to work. Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more. Must not be afraid of heights. Sign, electrical, and/or construction experience is a plus. Large equipment operation experience is preferred (forklift, large truck, crane).

Requires a valid driver's license and pass a drug and background check.

Bonuses are offered to outstanding employees on an achievement basis. Vacation time starts accruing after 6 months. Medical Group plan offered immediately. Schedule is M-F 7:30 - 4:30.

This position is very diverse in projects and is mostly working outside, so it stays interesting and fun!'
