The Sales Account Manager works with our clients, new & existing, to provide the best customer service via timely communication, creative solutions, and follow through to project completion.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Be the face & voice of Sign Badgers
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast paced environment
  • Deliver value to our clients through every interaction
  • Deliver timely response via all forms of communication with clients
  • Capable of handling multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously
  • Take initiative to strengthen client relationships making them lifelong supporters of Sign Badgers
  • Become a sign guru knowing all different types of signage, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Conduct site surveys with utmost attention to detail
  • Work closely with Install Manager to coordinate installations
  • Communicate industry trends to Marketing team
  • Track key account metrics & analytics
  • Committed to personal growth
  • Get involved with a networking group that meets regularly
  • Prepare Lunch and Learn presentations for new & existing clients
  • Work directly with Sales Director on various projects as needed

Essential Functions:

  • Communicate the status of jobs, any unique circumstances relating to jobs, etc. to team members.
  • Brainstorm and contribute during team meetings.
  • Ensure all jobs are delivered on-time, expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Increase the chance our customer will be 100% satisfied by being proactive & having strong attention to detail.
  • Become confident with Sign Badgers’ workflow.
  • Participate in training activities, team building or other special assignments as requested.
  • Perform tasks and duties relevant to any of various roles or responsibilities assigned by supervisor and determined by management to be appropriate for this position.
  • Comply with all policy, procedure, regulation and other communicated requirements as may be in effect for the workgroup or worksite.
