Sigmatech, Inc. is seeking a Production and Analysis intelligence analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME). This position will support the USSF/S2 Analysis Office of the HQ US Space Force staff, Pentagon, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research and provide intelligence analysis on adversarial capabilities involving space/counterspace, emerging space related technology, changes in space policy and/or doctrine, and employment of space capabilities in peacetime and conflict
• Produce executive intelligence assessments for senior U.S. Space Force staff including the Chief of Space Operations (CSO), Vice Chief of Space Operations (VCSO), Chief of Operations (COO), Director of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S2), and wider Space Staff directorates
• Provide routine intelligence briefings to COO, S2, and other Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) components on space related threats, advancements, and general issues related to U.S. strategic interests.
• Liaise with national-level intelligence agencies and DoD scientific and technical intelligence centers and represent USSF/S2 in national IC interagency and international working groups as required
• Support the development of new capability concepts, doctrine, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TT&Ps), and other non-materiel solutions for terrestrial, maritime, air, space, and cyber integration
• Support USSF key leader, staff, and component/sub-unit activities in the National Capital Region and engagements with key mission partners

Required Skills:

• TS Clearance with SCI eligibility
• 5 years of experience as intelligence analyst, preferably at the strategic level
• Familiarity with Defense Space and National Security Space in the areas of strategy, requirements, capabilities, architectures, programs, acquisition, and operations
• Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to produce concise products that clearly and logically convey complex information and ideas
• Flexible and able to respond in a timely fashion to changing requirements, priorities, and short deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders in a high profile and demanding office
• Demonstrated ability to decompose complex problems into manageable analytic tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in space intelligence analysis, employment of space assets, or space collection capabilities
• Experience as an executive briefer for military general officers, senior civilians, or leaders of intelligence agencies
• Pentagon knowledge and understanding of Pentagon organizations
• Knowledge and familiarity with current Defense Department efforts in space
• Staff experience supporting DoD agencies within the past 3 years
• Familiarity with TMT and/or or other HQ staffing tools

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree mandatory plus 5 years of experience as intelligence analyst, preferably at the strategic level

Preferred Experience:

• Focused degree in intelligence or related field
• 10 years' experience supporting OSD, Service HQ or DoD Agency or IC staffs
