Sigmatech is currently seeking a Space Operations Support Analyst in Colorado Springs.

This position supports the Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSSAP) as well as other future space-based capabilities operated by 1st Space Operations Squadron (1 SOPS).

Responsibilities include: Providing satellite operations support for readiness reviews and mission rehearsals; participating on anomaly resolution teams; organizing/participating in Operational Review Boards.
Required Experience:

Required: BS in related field 8yrs supporting satellite operations
Desired: MS preferably in related field
8 years space operations experience, including 5 years of satellite operations/C2; Proficiency preparing for/evaluating effectiveness of planned operational events and coordinating with stakeholders; Knowledge of satellite and ground-station systems life cycle/designs including research/development/acquisition for experimental/demonstration satellites/ground stations

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
