• Streamline, document and train on AR/AP processes and general ledger impacts of items and transactions.
• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
• Ensures accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the GL.
• Month-end close procedures including journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Maintain Fixed Asset list and create maintenance expectations.
• Examine bill variance through monthly reconciliation practices.
• Compiles financial data for preparation of balance sheets and other financial reports.
• Assist in analyzing costs, revenues, etc. to predict future revenues and expenses.
• Assist in training data entry personnel to ensure financial transactions are properly entered.
• Provide coverage across the Finance Team as needed.
• Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems required; NetSuite preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and requirements.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
