We have an exciting new opportunity for an Engineering Technician to join our diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. The Engineering Technician must be capable of reading engineering drawings and following work instructions to produce complex assemblies. The Engineering Technician will also perform other tasks to aid in the increased efficiency of manufacturing. Attention to detail is key to the success of assembling good-quality product. The ideal candidate must be adaptive and willing to change tasks based on production needs.

Requirements

• Candidate must be able to read and evaluate engineering drawings.
• Must maintain documentation for operations including checklists, inspection forms, and travelers
• Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds Preference shown to candidates who have experience and/or working knowledge of Solidworks and manufacturing experience at an AS9100 certified organization.
• Able to negotiate complex issues and maintain good working relationships.
• Skilled in applying standardized, analytical, and evaluative methods and techniques sufficient to inspect projects and advise on and/or resolve difficult but well-precedented, factual, procedural, and/or recurring issue.
• Perform multiple tasks using written detailed instructions.
• Install electrical and mechanical equipment/components.
• Perform inspections for proper installation.
• Assembled communication equipment using standard hand tools.
• Assembly drawings and technical manual and specific written and oral instructions.
• Trouble shoot and repair electrical components.
